Place the thread and spool holder onto the spool pin. For smaller spools of thread, place spool holder with the small side next to the spool or use the small spool holder.

Snap the thread into the thread guide (Child beneath thread guide cover).

Wind the thread clockwise around the bobbin winder tension discs.

Place the thread end through one of the inner holes in the bobbin as illustrated and place empty bobbin on the spindle.

Press the bobbin winder stopper against the bobbin.
