1. The thread is caught in the hook
A:Remove the upper thread and bobbin, gently turn the hand-wheel backwards and forwards by hand and remove the thread remnants
1. The machine may need to be lubricated
A:Take machine to your dealer for a proper service

2. Too much thread waste was gained inside bobbin case
A : Clean out the waste inside bobbin case

3. Too many dusts in feed dog area
A : Clear dusts in feed dog area

1. Upper tension was set too strong
A : Adjust upper tension dial to reduce it

2. Upper or lower thread was not properly set and that caused thread can’t be pulled out smoothly.
A : Check the sewing machine manual and follow the correct installation method for upper and lower thread

3. The fabric may be too thin or slippy and the sewing stitch density is set too loose while sewing
A : Re-set a correct sewing stitch density to improve sewing quality.

4. If the fabric is too thin, presser foot may not hold the fabric tightly.
A : Please add a lining or stabilizer under the fabric for support.

1. The upper thread may not be correctly threaded
A:Check the sewing manual for correct threading method.

2. The lower thread within the bobbin case was not properly set
A:Please check the manual or instruction printer beside for correct method.

3. Needle/fabric/thread may not fit well against each other
A:Check your fabric type and select the correct needle size or thread for sewing.

4. Thread tension was not set properly.
A:Re-adjust the thread tension to find a proper value for sewing.

1. The needle is being damaged in advance.
A:Please change and insert a new needle

2. The needle is not correctly set.
A:Please check the manual and re-install the needle correctly (flat part of the shank must be set in the rear side direction )

3. The needle size was wrong for the fabric
A:Choose a correct needle to fit the fabric and the thread.

4. The wrong presser foot is chosen for sewing stitch.
A:Please check the manual and select the correct foot for sewing stitch.

1. The needle is not properly set
A:Remove and reinstall the needle (flat part of the shank must be set in the rear side direction)

2. The needle may be damaged
A:Please replace a new needle.

3. The needle size may not be ideal for your sewing application.
A: Choose a different needle which suits your fabric and the thread.

4. The wrong presser foot is chosen for sewing stitch.
A:Please check the manual and select the correct foot for sewing stitch.

1. The upper thread may not be properly set and that makes the thread break.
A : Check the manual for a correct installation instruction.

2. Upper tension may be set too strong
A : Please adjust upper tension by tension dial and find a proper value for it.

3. It may be caused by a bending needle or a damaged one.
A : Please replace a new needle

4. The needle may not be correctly set.
A:Please check and manual and re-install the needle (note: flat part of the shank must be set in rear side direction)

5. In the beginning of sewing, the upper and lower thread aren’t put in the right place, they need to be under the presser foot.
A : Check the threads position and be sure to put them under the presser foot in the beginning of sewing

6. The selected thread is too thick or too thin compare to the needle size.
A : Choose the correct thread for your sewing application

1. The lower thread may not be set properly.
A : Please follow the manual for a correct installation method for it.

2. Too many dusts and fabric waste in the bobbin case
A : Clean dusts and waste regularly.

3. Bobbin is not running smoothly because of being damaged.
A : Please change a new bobbin for sewing.

1. There are too many wastes stuck in the feed dog area.
A : Please clean the wastes then re-start the sewing.

2. Sewing stitch density is set too high during sewing.
A : Please re-adjust the tension by tension dial and find a proper value for it.

3. Presser foot may not be properly installed.
A : Please check the presser foot and see if it’s fixed tightly.

1. The power plug is not plugged in.
A : Please check if the power plug is correctly plugged in the electric socket.

2. Too many dusts and wastes are stuck in the bobbin case
A : Please clean dusts and wastes before starting to sew.

3. Bobbin winder shaft is not moved back to the position for sewing after winding the bobbin thread.
A : Please move the bobbin winder shaft to the correct sewing position before sewing.

Sewing Machine Manual

It is important to carry out the threading correctly as by not doing so several sewing problems could result. Start by raising the needle to its highest point, and also raise the presser foot to release the tension discs.
